We collect the account details you provide when you sign up (name, email address), the organisation data you set up in the product, and the invoice, expense and client data you enter or import. We also collect basic usage analytics, but only once you have opted in through the cookie-consent banner — no analytics script runs before you accept.

How we use it

Your data is used to provide and support the service — generating invoices, tracking expenses, syncing bank transactions where you have enabled it, and managing user access within your organisation. We may also use it to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Where your data lives

Portal by Making Stuffs is built with UK data residency in mind, in line with UK GDPR. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it outside of what is needed to run the service.
